Oils to Help Cure Some Common Ailments (A)

1. For Acne:
• Cedarwood can be use for its antiseptic and astringent properties.
• Try patchouli.
• Apple cider vinegar mixed with tea tree oil can be applied right on the breakout.
• Use fresh pineapple to prevent scarring as well.

2. For Allergies:• Warm baths with baking soda help release toxins in the pores.
• Inhaling lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus or even tea tree oil will help greatly.
• Lubricate the nostrils as well. This helps to trap pollen before it reaches your sinus passages.

3. For Anxiety:• Take magnesium right before bed.
• Lavender, Melissa, jasmine, or even ylang-ylang oils can be used in a warm bath water to help reduce the feeling of anxiety as well.

4. For Arthritis:• Juniper and lemon balm placed in a warm bath can help cleanse the inflamed joints and reduce the mineral deposits within the join as well.
• Drinking black cherry juice and water twice a day will help, cherry juice has anti-inflammatory properties.

5. For Asthma:
• Frankincense oil helps you to be able to take more air in your lungs.
• Lavender oil mixed with massage oil helps relieve tightness rather than just massaging the muscles alone.
• Echinacea helps dilute mucus and drinking a blend of onion carrot and parsley juice helps with spasms as well.

6. For Athlete’s Foot:
• Soak your feet in sea salt water every night and dab tea tree on the affected area to prevent skin from cracking.
• Oregano Oil has antifungal properties as well and taken with every meal can help increase your resistance.
