Oils to Help Cure Some Common Ailments (V, W and Y)

by

• V
1. Varicose Veins: Olive oil will help to stimulate the circulation that is needed to keep from forming varicose veins to begin with. You can also use chamomile and frankincense essential oils in your warm bath time regimen.

• W
1. Warts: Lemon juice and tea tree essential oils can help to dissolve the wart over time slowly. Garlic supplements have been proven to have antifungal properties. If you apply a drop of garlic oil directly onto the wart twice a day it can also have the same effect on the wart as well. Trying not to touch the wart can help cut down on infections as well.

• Y
1. Yeast Infections: If you cut sugar out of your diet completely at the first sign of an infecting it can help. Grape seed extract has significant antifungal properties. Vitamin C can help to prevent flare-ups in the beginning. Alcohol and caffeine should be cut from your diet as well.

This list from A through Z should not replace a visit to your physician or primary doctor, it is meant to only be used as a guideline. Use common sense with essential oils, they are just as harmful as any drug and should be used according to the instruction on the bottle or with an essential oil handbook or guidebook such as The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy. If you feel your condition worsens or becomes infected with the use of the essential oils, discontinue using the essential oil and seek a professional opinion from a licensed physician, your primary care doctor or urgent care specialist.
