Using Essential Oils to Help with everyday Moods

Wax and Bubbles has gone into some great detail lately with essential oils and how you can incorporate them in your everyday lifestyle to help with stress, or anger or even sore muscles and joints. But you can also use meditation with these certain oil blends to help combat other mood situations and help ease your nerves and your mind. Here’s how: With all of these oil blended you will need to sit in meditation form. In A calm, quiet setting, out of direct light.

1. Purification Blend: Float oils such as juniper berry, lemon, violet leaf, grapefruit, myrrh, cypress, mimosa, hyssop, basil, and frankincense essential oils.

2. Anger Control Blend: Float oils such as Roman chamomile, German chamomile, ylang ylang, benzoin, melissa, rose absolute, lavender, marjoram, sandalwood, and frankincense essential oils.

3. Patience Control Blend: Float oils such as cypress, lavender, Roman chamomile, marjoram, petit grain, angelica root, neroli, and frankincense essential oils.

4. Determinations Blend: Float oils such as cypress, cedar wood, jasmine, angelica root, patchouli, coriander, line mimosa, thyme, basil, bay, and pine essential oil.

5. Bereavement Blend: Float oils such as rose absolute, rose otto, benzoin, melissa, frankincense, hyssop, marjoram, angelica root, cypress, rosewood, myrrh, and bergamot essential oils.

6. Clarity Blend: Float oils such as rosemary, basil, juniper, lemon, pine, cypress, cedar wood, bergamot, cardamom, peppermint, thyme, frankincense, and geranium essential oils.

7. Separation Acceptance Blend: Float oils such as rose otto, rose absolute, geranium, bergamot, frankincense, hyssop, marjoram, lavender, patchouli, ylang ylang, angelica root, sandalwood, and clary sage essential oils.

8. Dealing with Fear Blend: Float oils such as clary sage, jasmine, Roman chamomile, neroli, ylang yalng, basil, melissa, rose absolute, juniper, lavender, marjoram, angelica root, and frankincense essential oils.

9. Joy Blend: Float oils such as rose otto, bergamot, Roman chamomile, mandarin, rosewood, linden blossom, palmarosa, neroli, basil, nutmeg, clary sage, melissa, jasmine, verbena, mimosa, narcissus and orange essential oils.
